World events are accelerating at an unprecedented pace. The 1992 Presidential election could be the last of its kind for America. President Bush was a long-time member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateral Commission. Both are organizations that virtually control our government for special interest groups: International Bankers and industrialists. The same groups that financed the Communist Revolution to CREATE a seen enemy of the free world. These builders of the New World Order desire to assure themselves of a presidential victory in November 1992. They have chosen another "secret society" man to oppose Bush for the presidency. His name is Bill Clinton, the Governor of Arkansas. The following was in a letter to the editor in the Tampa Tribune dated Jan. 31, 1992: "I like Ray Locker. I always read his column, 'Palm Tree Politics.' I guess that's why I was so disappointed when I found he had joined the 'Full load on Clinton's bandwagon,' in his Jan. 17 column.
It seems as though the Tribune is already sold on Bill Clinton even before he has been asked any of the hard questions. As a 70-year-old Democrat, I'd like to know if Clinton would 'talk and look them straight in the eye' when reporters ask him about his secret agenda. Last summer in Baden Baden, Germany, Bill Clinton reportedly attended the annual secret meeting of one of the world's most famous (or infamous) secret organizations. It is so secret that a list of its members has never been revealed. It meets behind closed doors. Reporters are not allowed.
Its agenda is secret. Its recommendations and its decisions are secret. Its international activities are disguised behind a cloud of secrecy. This organization of billionaire international financiers, industrialists and their political lackeys appears to invite its hand-picked candidates for office: Presidents, Prime Ministers, in the democracies of the world. Bill Clinton was apparently chosen as its Democratic Candidate for President of the United States. He was invited last summer. The organization will also have a Republican candidate. It can't afford to lose.
I was just wondering if the Tampa Tribune could ask Clinton a few questions, such as why was Clinton invited to attend the BILDERBERG meeting? Who invited him? What was discussed at the meeting? By whom? Was he required to swear to secrecy as a condition for attending the meeting? If not, why has he kept it so secret?"
Look at one of the results of one of their meetings. We believe it to be a part of the meeting because some of those who attended pushed for and obtained the forming of the United Nations "World Summit on Children" which took place in September 1990, shortly after their meeting in 1990. This summit came out with an international treaty, the "Charter of the Rights of the Child," which was signed by all the U.N. member countries. By reading some articles of this treaty, one can see the world plan that aims at removing the child from the influence of his parents, and putting him/her under total State control. (Just as my presentation on "Two Treaties Which Will Allow the Execution of Christians in America," not many know what these treaties consist of).
This is exactly what "Youth Protection" in Quebec and the Children's Aid Society in Ontario are doing, as well as all the other similar organisms in the other provinces of Canada, which pretend to "protect" the children. Follow are the most striking parts of this U.N. Treaty:

WHAT IS THE BILDERBERGERS
THAT BILL CLINTON ATTENDED?
From the book, Fourth Reich of the Rich, by Des Griffin, pages 114-134, we begin to unravel this mystery or secret society which will build is in the process of building the New World Order. The Bilderbergers are a type of exclusive international aristocracy who meet annually. Their original leader was H.R.H. Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands whose wife, Queen Juilana, is reputed to be the richest woman on earth. Bernhard lost his leadership position as a result of his involvement in the 1976 Lockheed pay-off scandal and the exposure of extra marital affairs in paris and elsewhere. Walter Scheel of Germany is the present chairman.
The first secret meeting of these elitist internationalists took place, under the chairmanship of Prince Bernhard, at the Builderberg Hotel in Oosterbeek, Holland, from May 29 to May 31, 1954. Ever since, the meetings have been called Bilderberg meetings. Knowledge of the meeting and the names of those who participated in it was successfully "blacked out" by its organizers, with the full cooperation of those who control the leading international newspapers and wire services. One observer later said that the conference was "considered so important, even the 'leaks' are watertight." During the past thirty-eight years, hardly a word has appeared about the annual Bilderberg meetings in any of the "leading" newspapers or on the "leading" TV "news" programs.
What conclusions can a rational and straight-thinking American draw from these facts? He/She is left with three possibilities:
1). These annual meetings are not really "news" and so are unworthy of notice;
2). The press were unaware of the meetings and so couldn't report on them; or
3). There has been a conspiracy among those who control the big name news services to deliberately suppress the information that was available about these meetings.
With a modicum of mental exertion one should be able to recall that over the years our "great" newspapers like the New York Times, The Washington Post, and others, have managed to find BILLIONS of feet of newsprint on which to publish multiple thousands of "stories" which have had no real value or public interest.
Acknowledging this FACT, one should ask him/herself why these same publications can never seem to find space on which to inform their faithful readers about the Builderberg meetings. No stories. No analysis. No features. No photos. Nothing! WHY? Former New York Times editor, John Swinton, gave the answer: "We are the tools and the vassals of the rich behind the scenes. We are marionettes...intellectual prostitutes."
On the prime time television "news" programs one never sees John Chancellor, Howard K. Smith, David Brinkly, Peter Jennings, or Dan Rather pounding on their desks and thundering over the air waves about the "public's right to know" about the Bilderberg meetings. It's time that we realize that these men are just puppets who dance to the tune called BY THEIR MASTERS behind the scenes. They aren't interested in TRUTH. Walter Cronkite, said in 1974 on Meet The Press, "IT IS NOT OUR JOB TO TELL THE TRUTH. WE ARE OPINION MOLDERS\!" Their sole concern is to 'parrot" the party line and to project the "image" desired by the BIG BOYS who control the networks. A little investigation will reveal that these individuals are all internationalists, men who view the American Constitution and Christianity with contempt and who are dedicated to the Illuminist concept of One-World Government -- The New World Order.
As Americans, we have been taught from childhood to believe that we live in a free country. But, I would suggest to you that if: "ANYONE HAS THE ABILITY TO TELL YOU WHO YOU CAN HIRE IN YOUR PRIVATE BUSINESS; WHO YOU CAN RENT YOU OWN PROPERTY TO; WHO CAN FORCE YOU TO DO THINGS AGAINST YOUR WILL: IS NOT FREE!" We would suggest that during recent decades things have changed. True, the old sentiments linger on in the hearts of some people, but the REALITY of life in our great nation has changed drastically. Chains of serfdom are being draped about our bodies and or institutions but, as a people, we seem so insensible and so numbed by the onrush of frightening historical events, that we appear unwilling or unable to move to defend ourselves! As Willis Carto wrote some years ago: "How the press...loves to brag to its victims, it readers, about its freedom. Yes, the press may be free to lie and distort and suppress and deceive and malign, but is it free to tell the truth?" Many have good reason to believe that TRUTH IS DEAD as far as the mass media is concerned!
The ringing words of Patrick Henry's famous speech, given on March 23 in the Virginia House of Burgesses, is even more true today, than when he delivered it: "Mr. President: It is natural for man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of the siren until she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who having eyes see not, and having hears hear not the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst and to provide for it.
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided; and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past, I wish to know what there has been in the conduct of the British Ministry for the last ten years, to justify those hopes with which our petition has been lately received? Trust it not, it will prove a snare to your feet. Suffer not yourselves to be betrayed with a kiss. Shall we try argument? Sir, we have been trying that for the last ten years. Have we anything new to offer upon the subject? Nothing. We have held the subject up in every light of which it is capable; but it has been all in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? What terms shall we find which have not been already exhausted? Let us not, I beseech you, deceive ourselves longer.
Sir, we have done everything that could be done to avert the storm which is now coming on. We have petitioned, we have remonstrated, we have supplicated, we have prostrated ourselves before the throne, and have implored its interposition to arrest the tyrannical hands of the Ministry and Parliament. It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, Peace, peace; but there is no peace. The war is actually begun. The "credit" for getting the Bilderberg movement under way has been given to Joseph H. Retinger who, according to documents entered in the Congressional record, September 15, 1971, p. E9620, was "Generally regarded as the 'gray eminence' of European diplomatic circles" and who "contributed much toward the intrigues of secret negotiations and organization of power at the highest levels of statecraft. The eulogies bestowed upon him after his death in 1960 affirmed the notion that 'he knew almost everyone that [sic] mattered in Europe and the United States.' 'I remember,' recalled Sir Edward Bedington-Behrens, 'in the United States his (Retinger) picking up the telephone and immediately making an appointment with the President; and in Europe, he had complete entree in every political circle, as a kind of right, acquired through trust, devotion, and loyalty he inspired." [1] Undoubtedly Retinger was a "front man" for the real powers behind the scenes. It was he who persuaded the Dutch royal family to take the lead in creating the Bilderberg organization. Those who have studied the way in which the Rothschilds and other international bankers operate will recognize the fact that they very seldom, if ever, take the lead in promoting ideas or concepts they wish to develop; they invariably use "fronts" or agents who have proved to be thoroughly reliable and worthy of their trust! Historians recognized that such men as August Shoenberg (later known as August Belmont) who supported the North during the Civil War and Judah Benjamin, the Secretary of State of the Confederacy, were both Rothschild agents. Paul Warburg, of the well-known German banking family, who was the chief architect of the "Federal" Reserve System which created a PRIVATELY OWNED BANKING MONOPOLY IN THE U.S., was also a Rothschild agent. The latter fact was confirmed by Colonel Ely Garrison, friend and financial advisor to Presidents Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson, in his book, Roosevelt, Wilson, and the Federal Reserve Law. He wrote: "Paul Warburg was the man who got the Federal Reserve Act together after the Aldrich Plan aroused such nationwide resentment and opposition. THE MASTERMIND OF BOTH PLANS WAS BARON ALFRED ROTHSCHILD OF LONDON."
It is a significant fact that the really BIG NAMES in international finance frequently play host to the secret Bilderberg meetings. In the United States this "Invisible Government" has held meetings at the Woodstock Inn in the small, remote town of Woodstock, Vermont. The Inn is owned by Laurance Rockefeller. In 1964 they convened at Williamsburg, Virginia, another Rockefeller resort.
In Europe the meetings are hosted by the Rothschilds in such places as the luxurious Hotel d'Arbois in the town of Megeve, which is located in the French Alps. The 1962 and 1973 meetings were held in Saltsjobaden, Sweden, and were hosted by the Wallenbergs, whose fortune has been estimated at $10-BILLION. Can there be any doubt that those who control the Bilderberg organization are the "movers and shakers" in international affairs: the people who make the truly BIG decisions. Bilderberg meetings are where the REAL leaders and rulers pass down their orders to the officials of nations around the world. The Bilderberg, name for many years was "The Learned Elders of Zion."
A lot can be learned from noting the names of the people, known, to attend these clandestine annual meetings: David Rockefeller; Robert Strange McNamara, President of the World Bank; Henry Kissinger; Gerald Ford; Giovanni Agnelli, owner of the Fiat car company; Emilio Collado, Executive Vice President of Exxon Corporation; Jacob Javits and Britain's so-called "conservative" former Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher.
Even the American mass communications media have been amply represented at Bilderberg meetings by such men as Gardner Cowles of Look Magazine, C.D. Jackson of Time, and Frederick S. Beebe of the Washington Post. In addition, correspondents like James Reston and Joseph Harsch have attended Bilderberg meetings.
It is also interesting to note that all of the Americans (fifteen out of thirty-nine on the Steering Committee of the Bilderberg Organization are members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), a strongly "One World" group whose members have filled practically all the top positions in American government in recent decades! Former FBI agent Dan Smoot dubbed this small group the Invisible Government in a book of that name in the early 1960s!
As Liberty Lowdown (a publication issued by Liberty Lobby, 300 Independence Ave., Washington, D.C.) pointed out in July 1974 (issue 131): "The bilderbergers have studiously cultivated politicians who have potentialities of becoming chiefs of governments. Both Harold Wilson and Edward Heath (former heads of the two main political parties in Britain) have been delegates to the Bildergerger meetings long before becoming Prime Minister of Great Britain. At the meeting April 19-21, 1974, German Finance Minister Helmut Schmidt was a delegate. He became Chancellor of West Germany...Former President Gerold R. Ford...is a staunch defender of the Bilderbergers. In a newspaper interview on October 6, 1965, Ford admitted that he had attended two Bilderberg meetings, but claimed that those conferences are only an unofficial, changing group of public and private leaders from Atlantic community nations that meet twice a year to discuss world problems! When a reporter queried him why the meetings are secret since they discussed just world problems in generalities, he replied, 'I'm also a 33rd degree Mason and a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon, Phi Delta Phi and Michigamus, all secret societies (which appears to be an admission that the Bilderger Organization is a SECRET SOCIETY). Only politicians who have proved their unquestioning loyalty to the Rockefeller-Rothschild cabal are invited to Bilderberg meetings. They must be willing tools of the super-rich internationalists and must pose as liberals and 'friends of the working man.' Nationalists and anti-communist political figures are never allowed inside a Bilderberg meeting. Representing the military was General Andrew J. Goodpaster, Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, who, incidently, was listed in the 'International,' not the U.S. section." [2]
According to Bilderberg propaganda entered in the congressional Record: Senate, April 11, 1964, by liberal Senator Jacob Javits: "From the outset it was the intention of the Bilderberg founders and participants that no strict rules of procedure govern the meetings. Every effort was made

The 107 delegates from 16 countries are at this Aegean resort for the annual meeting of the self-styled Bilderberg Conference. Set up in 1954 under sponsorship of Holland's Prince Bernhard, it aims to give leading figures from the non-Communist world an exclusive forum to exchange views. Countries taking part are Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, West Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Holland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Britain and the United States. Greece was invited but declined, Prince Bernhard said. The delegates, who are not allowed to take their wives, include British Chancellor of the Exchequer Denis Healy, French banker Baron Edmond de Rothschild and NATO Secretary General Joseph Luns. American participants include Arthur Hartman, assistant secretary of state for European affairs; Donald Rumsfeld, White House aide; George Ball, former undersecretary of state; banker David Rockefeller and World Bank President Robert S. McNamara. Prince Bernhard has described the absence of wives by saying they would disturb the atmosphere of serious work. No votes are taken or resolutions passed and the press is barred. Prince Bernhard said the total secrecy was to allow delegates to talk frankly, without fear of uncomfortable publicity. Turkish police armed with rifles checked all vehicles entering the luxurious, 13,000-bed hotel complex where the delegates were staying. A conference spokesman said the delegates would spend half their time in open discussion, each speaker having a maximum of five minutes, and the rest in private talks. Prince Bernhard has rejected suggestions that the conference amounts to a private club designed to preserve the economic status quo of the Western World. Observers said that with such figures as prime ministers, foreign ministers, heads of international organizations, and leading industria-lists and bankers attending, some understandings could be reached in private that would have a bearing on later public events.

The well-known British authority on international power politics, A.K. Chesterton, states: "If the Bilderberg conferences reach no conclusions and recommend no policies, it is because the conclusions have already been reached and the policies determined, so that the delegates assemble to be told what the form is. They do not need to be given their orders. Once the form is declared they know well enough what is expected of them, while for our part it can be affirmed with assurance that the Builderberg 'power elite' would not discuss the nuclear power deterrence of the North Atlantic Treaty Alliance in a sense favorable to countries such as Great Britain retaining nuclear weapons under their own sovereign control." That, is WHY the more things seem to change on the political front, THE MORE THEY REMAIN THE SAME! Political "fronts" may come, and political "fronts" may go under a variety of labels; "democratic," moderate," "liberal," "conservative," but the elitist plans for a one-world dictatorship roll relentlessly on! The "leaders" of most nations of the world are but pawns in the game being played by Prince Bernhard's Secret Society!
Anyone naive enough to believe that the Bilderberg group is just a debating society which has no real bearing on world affairs should consider the following FACTS:
1). If these meetings were as boring and uninteresting as the Bilderbergers would like us to believe, would international bankers, billionaire industrialists, royalty, leading political figures, top scientists, military men and academicians, newspaper magnates and other elitists tear themselves away from their normally hectic schedules for close to a week in order to travel up to half way around the world in order to attend? The possibility is: SLIM OR NONE!
2). If the proceedings are dull and so devoid of public interest, what is the point of having an army of up to 1000 troops and security personnel turn the meeting places into veritable armed camps? None!
3). If nothing truly significant or worthwhile is discussed, why do the organizers always insist on the residents of the resorts where they meet having to leave their apartments (for hotels in the area) while the meetings are in session?
4). Why do they suspend the regular staff members at the resorts where they meet and bring in non-English speaking aliens to staff the resorts for the duration of their meetings?
5). Why do the organizers have all the conference rooms "de-bugged" each morning and before every afternoon or evening meeting?
Yes, WHY SO MUCH SECRECY? Is the reason not make perfectly clear in Benjamin Disraeli's book, Coningsby, where it is stated that the world is controlled "by very different personages" than is generally imagined by most people. [4]
Remember the words of Professor Carroll Quigley of Georgetown University: "I know of the operation of this network because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted...to examine its papers and secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims...I have objected, both in the past and recently, to a few of its policies...but in general my chief difference of opinion is that it wishes to remain unknown..." [5]
The fact that these internationalists control what is printed in most of the leading newspapers, magazines or what is aired on major radio and TV stations is demonstrated by the fact that on April 25, 1975, Associated Press newsservice issued a bulletin to its bureau heads which included a report on the Bildergerg meeting in Cesme, Turkey. It was marked: "No part of this bulletin is to be published or broadcast in any manner."
Why the great secrecy if the goals of the Bilderbergers are altruistic and above suspicion? Honest, sincere men are never afraid of light as is so beautifully illustrated in the words of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: "And this is condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone that does evil hates the light, neither comes to the light, lest his deeds be reproved." [6]
Bill Cinton, Governor of Arkansas and presidential hopeful, is in the Illuminati/Bilderberger's pocket. He will, it is our belief, lead America further into the Global Village envisioned by the One-Worlders, just as President Bush is presently doing!
WHAT IS THE COUNCIL ON
FOREIGN RELATIONS?
Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., historian, has called the CFR a "front organization" for "the heart of the American Establishment." [7] David Halberstam, in his book The best and the brightest, p. 6, called it "the Establishment's unofficial club."
Newsweek, September 6, 1971, p. 74, referred to the CFR's leaders as "the foreign-policy establishment of the U.S." An Esquire Magazine article, "The American Establishment," May 1962, p. 107, by Richard Rovere, viewed the CFR as "a sort of Presidium for that part of the Establishment that guides our destiny as a nation."
The CFR holds meetings where government officials or people from foreign governments give speeches. Then a discussion follows. A former member, economist John Kenneth Galbraith, asks, "Why should businessmen be briefed by government on information not available to the general public, especially since it can be financially advantageous." [8]
Five times a year, the CFR publishes a journal called Foreign Affairs. Those involved in foreign affairs read this publication religiously. It is from the pages of this magazine that future foreign policy is made. Time Magazine called Foreign Affairs "the most influential periodical in print."
The CFR has a "Corporate Program" by which they indoctrinate businessmen in International matters. The CFR has affiliates called "Committees on Foreign Relations" in thirty-eight cities in the U.S.
IT IS FAR MORE THAN JUST A CLUB
The CFR has exercised a decisive impact on U.S. policy, especially foreign policy, for several decades. It has achieved this primarily in two ways. The first is by directly supply personnel for upper echelon government jobs.
Few Americans know how a President chooses his administrators. The majority probably trust that the most qualified people are sought and found. Pulitzer Prize winner Theodore White said that the CFR's "roster of members has for a generation, under Republican AND Democratic administrations alike, been the chief recruiting ground for cabinet-level officials in Washington." [9]No wonder American policy remains the same no matter WHAT political party is in office! The Christian Science Monitor once observed that "there is a constant flow of its members from private life to public service. Almost half of the council members have been invited to assume official government positions or to act as consultants at one time or another." [10]
Joseph Kraft, writing in Harper's, July, 1958, p. 64, called the CFR a "school for statesmen." David Hlaberstam puts it this way: "They walk in one door as acquisitive businessmen and come out the other door as statesmen-figures." [11]
History speaks for itself. Through early 1988, fourteen secretaries of state, fourteen treasury secretaries, eleven defense secretaries and hundreds of other federal department heads have been CFR members. Every secretary of state since 1949 has been a member of the CFR.
CFR men who earn high government ranks often staff their departments with CFR members. As Anthony Lukas stated in The New York Times in 1971: "Everyone know how fraternity brothers can help other brothers climb the ladder of life. If you want to make foreign policy, there's no better fraternity to belong to than the Council.
When Henry Stimson, the group's quintessential member, went to Washington in 1940 as Secretary of War, he took with him John McCloy, who was to become Assistant Secretary in charge of personnel. McCloy has recalled: 'Whenever we needed a man we thumbed through the roll of the council members and put through a call to New York.' And over the years, the men McCloy called in turn called other Council members."
According to the CFR, as of June 1987, 318 of its members were current government officials.
The second major way in which the CFR affects policy is in formulating recommendations.
J. Robert Moskin, writing in the March 1987 issue of Town and Country, said CFR "has long sought to influence U.S. foreign policy." [12] Joseph Kraft, in his article for July 1958 Harper's, p. 64, noted that the CFR "has been the seat of some basic government decisions, has set the context for many more..." If you want to know what the U.S. government will be doing tomorrow, just read Foreign Affairs, published by the CFR today!
Former Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Navy, Admiral Chester War, was invited to join the CFR and was shocked by what he discovered. He became one of its sharpest critics, even though he remained in the CFR for nearly twenty years. He co-authored a book with Phylis Schlafy in 1975. On page 151 of Kissinger on the Couch, Ward wrote: "Once the ruling members of the CFR have decided that the U.S. Government should adopt a particular policy, the very substantial research facilities of CFR are put to work to develop arguments, intellectual and emotional, to support the new policy, and to confound and discredit, intellectually and politically, any opposition."
THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN
RELATIONS and GLOBALISM
The CFR advocates the creation of a one-world government. The ultimate implication of this is ALL power would be centralized in a single global authority; national identities and boundaries would be eliminated. President Bush stated this in his speech to Congress, September 11, 1990. (Did you know that most of the boundaries of the States in the United States has been eliminated?) The CFR always SUGGESTS measures that would serve as stepping stones to world government. This is easily proven. Just read all the back issues of Foreign Affairs, and one will find hundreds of articles pushing the concept of Globalism. But it is very difficult to find just ONE article opposing it.
According to Admiral Ward, the CFR has as a goal "submergence of the U.S. sovereignty and national independence into an all-powerful one-world government" and "this lust to surrender the sovereignty and independence of the U.S. is pervasive throughout most of the membership...In the entire CFR lexicon, there is NO term of Revulsion carrying a meaning so deed as 'American First.'" [13] The CFR simply does NOT believe that the U.S. should be FIRST as leader of the nations.
Proof from their own works:
A). An article in the first issue of Foreign Affairs, September, 1922, condemned what it called "the dubious doctrines expressed in the phrases 'safety first' and 'America first.'"
B). An article in the second issue, December, 1922, stated: "Obviously there is going to be NO peace or prosperity for mankind so long as it remains divided into fifty or sixty independent states...Equally obviously there is going to be no steady progress in civilization or self-government among the more backward peoples until some kind of INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM is created which will put an end to the diplomatic struggles incident to the attempt of every nation to make itself secure...The real problem today is that of WORLD GOVERNMENT."
C). A 1944 CFR publication, American Public Opinion and Post-War Security Commitments, noted: "The sovereignty fetish is still so strong in the public mind, that there would appear to be little chance of winning popular assent to American membership in anything approaching a super-state organization. Much will depend on the kind of approach which is used in FURTHER POPULAR EDUCATION."
D). In 1959, the CFR issued a position paper entitled Study No. 7, Basic Aims of U.S. Foreign Policy. This document proposed that the U.S. seek to "build a new international order." The steps it cited as necessary to achieve this were as follows:
1). Search for an INTERNATIONAL ORDER in which the freedom of nations is recognized as interdependent and in which many policies are jointly undertaken by free world states with differing political, economic and social systems, and including states labeling themselves as "socialist."
2). Safeguard U.S. security through preserving a system of bilateral agreements and regional arrangements (NATO).
3). Maintain and gradually increase the authority of the United Nations.
4). Make more effective use of the International Court of Justice, jurisdiction of which should be increased by withdrawal of reservations by member nations on matters judged to be domestic.
Now do you understand WHY the U.S. and U.S.S.R. worked together in the Iraq crisis and want the U.N. more involved?
E). In 1974, Foreign Affairs carried an article by Richard N. Gardner called "The Hard Road To World Order." Gardner complained that "We are witnessing an outbreak of shortsighted nationalism that seems oblivious to the economic, political and moral implications of interdependence." He outlined a strategy by which "the house of 'world order' will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down." He further explained that "an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault."
Here we see the admission of using DECEPTION to dismantle America piece-by-piece instead of violent overthrow.
F). In the Fall 1984 Foreign Affairs, Kurt Waldheim, former Secretary-General of the U.N. wrote: "As long as states insist that they are the supreme arbiters of their (own) destinies, that their decisions are subject to NO higher authority, international organizations will never be able to guarantee the maintenance of peace."
THE CFR AND COMMUNISM
An accusation leveled against the CFR is that it is "soft" on Communism, that its members have often exerted their influence on behalf of the International Communist movement. (You might like to get a copy of a book I have compiled, called "Communism is Jewish.") To find the truth, let us go once again to their publication, Foreign Affairs. We find that dozens of Marxists and Socialists have had articles published in Foreign Affairs, such as Leon Trotsky, Soviet Premier Nikita Khruschev, and Yugoslavia leader Tito. When Trotsky was murdered, he was eulogized in Foreign Affairs as follows: "He gave us, in a time when our race is woefully in need of such restoratives, the vision of a man. Of that is NO MORE DOUBT than of his great place in history." [14]
On the other hand, one cannot find an article written by an anti-Communist. Lenin so admired the first issue that he underlined passages in some of its articles, the CFR proudly possesses Lenin's original copy. [15] The CFR's annual report for 1986 noted: "We were intrigued to read news reports that Mr. Gorbachev himself was reading articles excerpted from Foreign Affairs in preparation for the meetings with President Reagan." [16] The Soviets were placing ads for their airline, Aeroflot, in Foreign affairs twenty years before glasnost.
There has always been an affinity between Marxists and the CFR. This can be seen by the list of guest speakers at Pratt House, the CFR headquarters. The 1959 report listed such leftists as Fidel Castro, Anastas I. Mikoyan of the USSR, Oskar Lange of Poland's state council, Yugoslavia's Marko Nikezic, and a variety of other socialists. The 1984 report noted the following among the year's speakers: Robert Mugabe, Marxist Prime Minister of Zimbabwe; Daniel Ortega of Nicaragua; Guillermo Ungo, leader of the El Salvador revolutionaries; Petra Kelly of Germany's far-left Green party; and three officials from the People's Republic of China (Communist).
The CFR feels the best defense against Communism would be a New World Order, a strong U.N., regional alliances (such as NATO), and other building blocks of World Government.
Here is how Edith Kermit Roosevelt summed it up in 1961: "What is the Establishment's viewpoint? Through the Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower and Kennedy administrations, its ideology is constant: That the best way to fight Communism is by a One World Socialist state governed by 'experts' like themselves. The result has been policies which FAVOR the growth of the SUPERSTATE, gradual surrender of the United States sovereignty to the United Nations, and a steady retreat in the face of Communist aggression." [17]
WHAT BUSH AND GORBACHEV MEAN
BY NEW WORLD ORDER!
What did George Bush mean when he referred four times (4) to the New world Order, the New World, or the New International Order in his September 11, 1990, speech to the U.S. Congress on the Middle East crisis? Why does George Bush now refer to the emergence of this New World Order in virtually all of his public speeches? What does Mikhail Gorbachev mean when he refers to the emerging New World Worder virtually every time he speaks publicly? And why do all of the leading establishment publications, such as Time, Newsweek, US News & World Report, Business Week, New York Times, Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times, now constantly refer to the New World or New World Order in glowing terms? What is this New World Order?
The New World Order which Bush, Gorbachev and their allies in the Western Media now constantly refer to is a world government which they believe can be established during the decade of the '90s. Pushed by the biggest socialist, leftist groups in America, Europe, the Pacific Rim and in South Africa, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the British Fabian Socialists, the Royal Institute for International Affairs, Bilderbergers, the Club of Rome, the South African Institute of International Affairs, the Skull and Bones, just to name a few, and by the Soviet leadership, this New World Order will be a global socialist dictatorship run by and for elitists: WORSHIPPERS OF LUCIFER.
In America this group of one-world internationalists is epitomized by the Rockefellers, Kissingers, Schultzes, Hammers, Andreas, Bushs, James Baker, Brzezinskis, Yale University's Skull and Bones fraternity (from which George Bush and his father came) and some of America's wealthiest finance capitalists. In South Africa this group is represented by Harry Oppenheimer, Foreign Minister Pik Botha, State President F.W. deKlerk, and some of South Africa's wealthiest finance capitalists.In South Africa, the goal is a merger between the capitalists and communists. It is being called the "New South Africa" by F.W. deKlerk (de-jerk) and his international associates. This is a stepping stone to merging South Africa into the New International World Order. Dr. Bella Dodd, a former member of the National Committee of the Communist Party U.S.A., ran into America's highly placed elitists when she was a leader in the CPUSA. She described in W. Cleon Skousen's book The Naked Capitalist how she "first became aware of some mysterious SUPER LEADERSHIP, right after World War II when the U.S. Communist Party had difficulty getting instructions from Moscow on several vital matters requiring immediate attention. The American Communist hierarchy was told that any time they had an emergency of this kind they should contact any one of three designated persons at the Waldorf Towers. Not one of these three was a Russian. Nor were ANY of them Communists. In fact ALL THREE were extremely wealthy American capitalists."
TRAGEDY AND HOPE

America's New World Order elitists that Carroll Quigley calls the Eastern Establishment believes that "the common interests of America and Russia can be merged" like a corporate merger. That is why continued U.S. administrations, regardless of political party, from Roosevelt to Bush keep transferring hundreds of billions in food, financial and high-tech aid into communist countries. This transfer has been happening since the Bolshevik Revolution was financed in 1917 from new York and London. Proof that both U.S. political parties are dominated by this Liberal Eastern Establishment group should be clearly evident from the large number of key cabinet positions occupied by the CFR/TC members over the last three decades, such as Secretary of State, Treasury, Commerce, U.N. Ambassador, Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, and head of the National Security Council, etc. These New World Order groups are comprised of socialists who not only look on freedom for the masses with disdain, but who feel comfortable running Big Brother's Orwellian system described in Orwell's book 1984. They are pushing for massive socialist legislation in America, for an end to financial privacy, and ultimately a cashless society, preparing for the "mark of the Beast.
GLASNOST AND PERESTROIKA?
Speaking on May 31, 1989 on his visit to the White House, soviet leader and Nobel Peace Prize Winner, Mikhail Gorbachev [most people forget this is the man who ordered the use of bombs disguised as toys to kill and maim the Afghan children] declared: "This generation of People on earth may witness the advent of an irreversible period of peace in the history of civilization. The Soviet people hope that the tragedies of the Twentieth Century, those horrible wars will forever be a thing of the past."
We are constantly told by the mass media, by politicians and church leaders that since the advent of Glasnost and Perestroika, that Soviet Russia no longer constitutes a threat to our national security, or that in fact it is too internally weak and divided to attack us.
While there is no doubt that the collapse of the Warsaw Pact and the bringing down of the Berlin Wall fulfills the prophecy of Ezekiel 38:4, where God speaking directly to Red Russia under its prophetic name of Gog/Magog declares that He will turn them back, but He also says in the same verse that He will bring them forth to doom and destruction. Your very own Bible declares that the soviets will yet attack and invade North America over the Arctic Circle and be destroyed.
WHAT THEN OF GLASNOST AND PERESTROIKA?
They were/are all part of a well laid plain and strategy designed by those who have controlled the Soviet Union since the Bolshevik revolution and who would create a One World Government, a "New World Order" under the United Nations. Over seventy years ago Lenin declared in 1920: "The capitalists of this world and their governments in pursuit of conquest of the Soviet market will close their eyes to the indicated higher reality and this will turn them into deaf, mute, blind men. They will extend credits, which will strengthen for us the Communist Party...and give us the materials and technology we lack, they will restore our military industry, indispensable for our future victorious attacks...In other words they will labor for the preparation for their own suicide." We are seeing this happen before our eyes today.
The Soviet Union was created approximately 75 years ago by the descendants of the same Plutocratic families that took control of the world through London a few centuries ago, and then took control of America in the 1800's. The Soviet Union was created [by the Jewish International Bankers] to give the appearance of being in conflict with 'Capitalism' when, in fact, it is not. The fake 'conflict' between the USSR and the USA [ostensible adversaries] enhanced the Plutocrats' ability to control the earth through their dialectic system of brainwashing.
THE SOVIET STRATEGY FOR THE CONQUEST OF THE WEST
It should never be forgotten, for even a single moment, that the Soviets are the chess champions of the world. And as such have learned geostrategically to plan 10-20 moves (years) or more ahead, to use strategic feints, deception and subterfuge. The people J. Edgar Hoover called "masters of deceit" have learned the art of war and strategic deception from such masters as Sun Tsu, from their stay in Babylon and von Clausewitz, as well as from modern strategic geniuses such as Hitler, Chairman Mao, and Lenin.
THE SOVIETS' SIX GLASNOSTS
The present period of glasnost/perestroika (the sixth since 1921) is designed to get America to disarm; to get the West to build up and bailout the Soviet Union economically and industrially, and to neutralize Western Europe and dissolve NATO. Which is in conformity with the prophecy of Ezekiel Chapters 38 and 39. The current glasnost is a giant deception and is easier to understand if one looks at it in the perspective of the first five Russian glasnosts.
Glasnost, a Russian concept which originally meant publicity or notoriety, has been an effective instrument of the Soviet [read that Jewish - since the Jews have been in absolute control of Russia since the Bolshevik takeover in 1917] policy since the early days of the Bolshevik Revolution.
As Edward Jay Epstein wrote in his book Deception, "Glasnost was first used by Lenin, who realized that power proceeded from denying others a veil of privacy for their decision-making. Hence glasnost, or 'public airing' became a weapon for the Communist Part...The logic went: Democracies allow public criticism of officials; the Soviet Union allows public criticism of officials; therefore, the Soviet Union is a democracy...Glasnost lent credibility to government-controlled newspapers that otherwise would be considered mouthpieces for the Communist Party. It could be used to establish a set of convenient peepholes for journalists, academics and other Kremlin watchers through which they could see selected pictures of Soviet society...Lenin, to get his revolution accepted by Western governments and businesses, had to represent it as something it was not."
THE FIRST GLASNOST: 1921 - 1929:
Under Lenin's New Economic Plan, he persuaded Western governments, businessmen, and bankers that the revolution was "restructuring," moving back to the free market, and politically liberalizing. Massive Western Financial and Industrial Aid poured in for nine years. Glasnost #1 ended abruptly in 1929, and tens of millions of White Christian Russians went to the wall shortly thereafter.
THE SECOND GLASNOST: 1936 - 1937:
Stalin suggested in the mid-'30s a restructuring of the Soviet economy along capitalist lines (He actually called it "perestroika"). He proclaimed that the Soviet Union was returning to a Western-style constitutional government, to freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, and a return to free elections with secret ballots. Stalin was portrayed in the Soviet press and then the Western press as a pragmatist - not an ideologue (sound familiar?). Roosevelt and other Western leaders and businessmen began to pour billions in aid, credits and trade. Glasnost #2 came to an end abruptly in 1938, and more brutal purges known as the "Great Terror" followed immediately thereafter.
THE THIRD GLASNOST: 1941 -1945:
When Hitler invaded Russia in June 1941, the "partnership" with the United States was quickly revived by Stalin. Stalin again claimed that the militant phase of Communism was at an end; he dissolved the Comintern (a key organ for spreading international Communist Revolution). He promised that after the war, Russia would be buying a massive amount of goods from the West. This all justified massive economic and military aid through the Lend-Lease Program (i.e., almost $10-billion. Which equates to about $1-trillion today).
Which is in direct contrast from the teachings of the Word of God. For God told His Israel people, the Anglo-Saxon, Germanic, Scandinavian, Celtic and Kindred People, about those who were His and their enemies: "Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods." [18] The Scriptures then relate further: "...Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the Lord? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the Lord." [19] Harry Hopkins, President Roosevelt's advisor, wrote after meeting with Stalin at Yalta in 1945, "We really believed that this was the dawn of the new day we had been praying for...the Russians had proved that they could be reasonable and farseeing, and there wasn't any doubt in the mind of the President, or any of us, that we could live and get along with them peacefully for as far into the future as any of us could imagine." Glasnost #3 ended abruptly in 1945, when the Soviets annexed the three Baltic States - Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, as
well as parts of Poland, Romania, Prussia, Finland, Japan, and most of Eastern Europe. Over 100 million people were enslaved
and tens of millions subsequently died.
THE FOURTH GLASNOST: 1956 - 1959:
In 1956, Khrushchev launched another glasnost based on economic and political reforms, a return to competition and the free market, de-Stalinization, and a restoration of democracy and individual freedom in the Soviet Union. The end of Stalin's "cult of personality" was equated by Khrushchev with democracy and was so portrayed in the Western media. The Soviet press began to publish stories about private millionaires, underground businesses, and a thriving black market. Russian church leaders were allowed to travel abroad; Solzhenitsyn was allowed to publish his works; Soviet dissidents were allowed to have contact with the Western press. Khrushchev complained about inefficiencies in the Soviet economy, and stated almost word for word, Stalin's earlier message to the West: "If we cannot give our people the same standard of living that you give your peoples under the Capitalist system, we know that Communism cannot succeed." Sound familiar? This is almost exactly what Gorbachev has been saying and doing. Then, via his American intermediary Armand Hammer, Khruschev began to push for increased trade, credits, and aid. some were forthcoming, but not as much as in Glasnost #1 - #3. Glasnost #4 began to end in 1959, with the Soviet-backed Communist takeover in Cuba, the shooting down of an American U-2, the mass arrest and execution of Soviet dissidents and the creation of the Berlin Wall.
THE FIFTH GLASNOST: 1970 - 1975:
The fifth glasnost detente, initiated by Leonid Brezhnev. It offered to reconstruct strategic arms, negotiate mutually beneficial accords, and relax international tensions. The Soviets began "public airings" of issues to explain to relevant and audiences in the West why they had abandoned their prior goal of world revolution. The central theme of this glasnost was that the Soviet government was no longer run by ideologies, but by technocrats, who had no interest in adhering to the Leninist doctrine of class warfare. Instead, like technocrats in the West, they wanted to expand their industrial base. The chief goals of this glasnost were to obtain increased U.S. aid and trade (which they did under Nixon and Kissinger), and, most importantly, to inaugurate the arms control process.
During this glasnost, Brezhev appeared willing to let Communist countries in Eastern Europe follow their own independent relations with the West, the announced unilateral troop cuts in Soviet forces in Eastern Europe. The anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty of 1973 was one of Brezhnev's trophies from this glasnost. Glasnost #5 began to lose credibility in 1975 when the Soviet-backed North Vietnamese over-ran South Vietnam in violation of Russian promises to Kissinger. Then once again, over the next few years, widespread arrests and execution of Soviet dissidents, resumption of covert actions abroad, and finally, the invasion of Afghanistan in late '79 by Russia, totally discredited this glasnost.
THE SIXTH GLASNOST: 1985 - ????:
This began under Gorbachev and is a composite of the first five glasnosts, although it is bigger and better and much more sophisticated than any of its five predecessors. And the stakes are much higher - Western Europe and perhaps the whole world.
According to reports, Glasnost #5 was to start in 1983 under Yuri Andropov, the brutal 15 year head of the K.G.B., who was portrayed by Soviet disinformation and the Western media as a "tall, handsome, muscular, English-speaking Russian, who wore American suits, drank American scotch, a lover of classical music, etc." In short, someone just like us. Sound familiar?
Providentially, Andropov died of kidney disease in 1983, and glasnost #6 had to wait until Andropov's protege, Mikhail Gorbachev, could be brought to power in 1985.
It should be remembered, however, that the present Glasnost #6 scenario was scripted by Andropov and his K.G.B. associates. That is why General Vladimir Kryuchkov, the most vicious hardliner since Andropov, has been elevated to head the K.G.B. Glasnost #6 is completely orchestrated by the K.G.B.
Each of these periods of glasnost/perestroika involved the Soviets' PRETENDING to renounce communism, and were moving toward capitalism, democracy, free elections, free markets, etc. In short, IN EACH PERIOD, THE SOVIETS TOLD THE WEST WHAT IT WANTED TO HEAR AND MADE SUPERFICIAL MOVES IN THAT DIRECTION IN ORDER TO ELICIT MASSIVE WESTERN FINANCIAL AID AND/OR MASSIVE WESTERN DISARMAMENT. EACH OF THE FIRST FIVE PERIODS OF GLASNOST- PERESTROIKA WERE FOLLOWED BY CRACKDOWNS, BRUTAL PURGES, AND RESUMPTION OF SOVIET COVERT AND REVOLUTIONARY ACTIVITIES ABROAD.
Each of these six glasnosts were strategic deceptions, Marxist-Leninist dialectics in action: two steps forward and one back they were carefully scripted by K.G.B. and other strategic planners to get the West to provide massive economic aid and to disarm. During each step back, Western aid poured in, and during glasnost numbers 4, 5 and 6 the U.S. and Western disarmament process accelerated. But as former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Bernard W. Rogers has said: "The Soviet goal remains world domination."
13 TIMES -- AMERICA HAS SAVED THE SOVIET UNION FROM DESTRUCTION
1). 1918-1919:
The Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, signed March 15, 1918, between Russia and Germany removed Russia from the side of the Allies, added to the political chaos within Russia, and caused additional political and military problems for the Allies. On June 2, 1918, the Allied Supreme War Council voted for military intervention at Murmansk and Archangel in North Russia by a force of mixed nationalities under British command. The original objectives of the expedition were limited: to establish a rallying point for those Czech troops inside Russia who were still loyal to the Allies, to guard the supplies sent to the northern ports for the Imperial Russian Army, and to prevent the establishment of German naval bases at the northern ports.
On July 17, 1918, President Woodrow Wilson {A Marrano Jew whose name when the family lived in Germany and were openly Jewish, they spelled the name Wolfson. When they moved to England they followed the Jewish custom of altering their name so it would appear Western in origin, it became Wohlson. Then when they moved to the United States they changed it again, and this time it became Wilson} agreed with his Jewish advisors to furnish American troops for the intervention of this plan.
On August 9, 1918, the 339th Infantry Regiment, 1st Battalion of the 310th Engineers, 337th Field Hospital, and 337th Ambulance Company, all elements of the 85th Infantry Division, were officially designated the "Murmansk Expedition."
On August 27 the expedition, consisting of 143 officers and 4,344 enlisted men under the command of Lt. Col. George E. Stewart, sailed from Newcastle-on-Tyne in England and arrived at Archangel on September 4 where, with other Allied forces, it became part of the command of Maj. Gen. F.C. Poole, British Army. American troops soon began to deploy along the front 450 miles long, extending from Onega in the west to Pinega in the east, and at some points 200 miles distant from Archangel the site of Headquarters, AEF, North Russia, and also Allied Headquarters.
Between September 1918 and May 1919 troops of AEF, North Russia, suffered over 500 casualties {mostly Americans} in combat against the Russian 6th and 7th Armies. In addition to the troops composing AEF, North Russia, there were two other American contingents in the area. The American Military Mission to Russia, headed by Col. James A. Ruggles and including several assistant military attaches, reported on significant political and military events to the War Department and to David Francis, U.S. Ambassador to the Provisional {Bolshevik} Government of the Northern Provinces.
The North Russia Transportation Corps Expeditionary Forces, consisting of the 167th (Operations) and 168th (Maintenance) Companies, Transportation Corps, were sent to Murmansk in march and April 1919 to operate and maintain the Murmansk Railway so that a line of withdrawal for the icebound Allied force at Archangel might be kept open. Maj. Edward E. MacMorland commanded this contingent, which operated and maintained the Murmansk Railway from its headquarters at Soroka.
Early in 1919 President Wilson and his chief advisers decided it was time to withdraw all American forces from North Russia {Their mission had been completed and to prevent an international scandal they were withdrawn}. During May 1919 Brig. Gen. Wilds Richardson, who had assumed command of all U.S. forces in north Russia on April 9, began to concentrate AEF, North Russia, around Archangel preparatory to return to the United States via Brest, France.
By June 27 the last of AEF, North Russia, had left for Brest. On July 28 the North Russia Transportation Corps Expeditionary Forces left Murmansk for Brest, and on August 5, 1919, Headquarters, AEF, North Russia, was discontinued.
2). 1919-1920:
After many months of prodding by America's Allies and top advisers in the State Department, President Woodrow Wilson agreed in early July 1918 to permit limited U.S. participation in an Allied expedition to Siberia. Among the reasons Wilson gave for this move by the United States were: to extricate Czechoslovak Armed Forces from Siberia who had been attempting to reach the Western Front; to guard allied military stores at Vladivostok; and to aid the Russian {Bolshevik} people themselves in "self-government and self-defense."
Soon after Wilson's announcement, the War Department made speedy preparations for the transfer of the 27th and 31st Infantry Regiments from the Philippine Islands to Vladivostok. In addition, Maj. Gen. William Graves, who was designated commander of the expedition, received orders to select an additional 5,000 men and officers from his 8th Division stationed at Camp Fremont, Calif., to supplement these two infantry regiments.
On August 3, 1918, orders were sent from the Adjutant General in Washington to the two regiments in the Philippines and to Graves in California to embark for Vladivostok, where they were to establish American Headquarters. The bulk of the expeditionary forces landed in Siberia between August 15 and September 2. Immediately upon arrival, elements of the 27th and 31st Infantry Regiments took up guard duty along the Ussuri Railroad line from Vladivostok to Nikolsk.
During late August and September the remainder of the 27th Infantry under Col. Henry Styer participated in an Allied offensive that pushed back Russian forces in the Spasskoe-Ussuri region. By November most of this fighting had subsided, and the primary tasks of the AEF in Siberia became railroad garrison duty, care of prisoners of war, and guarding Allied supplies at Vladivostok.
In the Spring of 1919, an inter-Allied agreement on guarding the Trans-Siberian Railroad resulted in the assignment of American forces to several widely separated sections of the railroad line: Vladivostok to Nikolsk-Ussuri, Ugolnaya to the Suchan Mines, Spasskoe to Ussuri, and (1,700 miles further west) Verkhne-Udinsk to Mysovaya. During the period May through August 1919, the garrisons at Ugolnays, Ussuri, Razodolnoe, the Suchan Mines, and Shkotovo sustained the heaviest casualties of the expedition because of strikes, riots, and Russian guerrilla activity.
Conditions were so bad that American forces were removed from Shkotovo and the Suchan Mines in August. Other American garrisons, however, maintained their stations until January 9, 1920, when the War Department ordered the entire AEF in Siberia to assemble at Vladivostok in order to return to Manila {The Bolshevik takeover was complete}. On April 1, 1920, General Graves closed his headquarters, and the last American units departed from Siberia.
3. 1921:
A famine in the Ukraine, where Stalin murdered more than 7-million kulaks by starvation. This caused famine throughout the Soviet Union and America sent them over $74-million in food through a so-called conservative by the name of Herbert Hoover. However, this help was sent under the guise of "Belgian Relief." Which must have been quite a shock to the Belgians who had just made one of the greatest harvests of food in their history.
4. 1928:
America sent Russia the money whereby they were able to change from a so-called "agrarian" to an "industrial" society -- Standard Oil contributed over $20-million, with healthy contributions from General Electric. While at the same time Averiell Harriman, Sr. was sent to Moscow by our government to put their mines back into operation again.
5. 1930:
During the 1930's the United States built their automobile industry and the steel industry at Gorki, modeled after our plants at South Bend, Indiana. Only five times as large. While at the same time the American government was using taxpayer dollars built the Russians the world's largest hydro-electric plant on the Dnieper River.
6. 1935:
The American government sent grain and medical help to Russia during a time of intense famine. It is almost certain that the Communist government would have collapsed at this time without this help, as there were food riots over the entire Soviet Union.
7. 1939:
The Communist Government under Stalin's rule, was so shaky that the Russian Army was on the verge of being defeated by tiny Finland; one of America's most staunch friends. And with the diversion of just a tiny fraction of the millions of tons of war equipment being shipped to Europe daily, could have saved Finland and dealt a sever blow to Stalin and a death blow to Communism. But due to the efforts of Roosevelt no supplies reached them.
8. 1940:
At the beginning of World War II, Franklin D. Roosevelt, along with his Jewish advisors came to the aid of the Soviet Union once again, which was a much greater threat to our safety than the Nazis could ever have become. During the war we sent them over $11-billion in Lend Lease at a time American men and boys were dying in the Pacific for lack of supplies, because our available ships were transporting some of these war materials to the Soviet Union. The Soviets NEVER returned the "Liberty" ships we loaned them to ship much of this material in.
9. 1966:
The American government sent them the IBM equipment which was necessary for their rocketry program. Our American government also sent them the world's largest magnet, which many believe is being used against us in their "weather modification program." It is well known they are engaged in intensive research along this line.
10. 1968:
In the late 1960's the American government sent the Soviet Union 164 ball bearing machines, which make the ball bearings they use in the guidance systems of their IBM's. This is the only way they could make their intercontinental missiles so accurate. So accurate that the can be fired from Soviet soil, travel 7500 miles, and then split into ten warheads, which can virtually destroy ten cities. They are so accurate, using the technology the American government gave them and that which they have stolen from us through the Jewish spies, that they can hit within 100 yards of ground zero after a flight of 7500 miles.
11. 1971:
In November of 1971, Michael Fribourg completed a deal with the Soviet Union, through Nickolai Belousou, the Chief of Exportkhelb, the Russian grain-purchasing agency; for 900,000 tons of American surplus barley and oats, 2-million tons of corn, and 282-million bushels of wheat. The total figure was something in excess of 18-million metric tons of grain sold to the Soviet Union.
This tremendous sale was financed by a combination of U.S. guaranteed credits and U.S. subsidized prices. So once again the Soviet Union was saved and the American formers and taxpayers had been ripped off again.
12. 1972:
America built for the Soviets the worlds largest truck factory on the banks of the Kama River, which produces more trucks than all the American truck factories combined. This plant, built by the American government, with American taxpayer funds, which supplied the trucks to the North Vietnamese and Vietcong during the Vietnam War.
13. 1979:
President Carter and his Administration later announced it would permit the Soviet Union to purchase up to 25-million metric tons of wheat and corn in 1979. Nixon, Carter and other Presidents before and after them, permitted such action because the Communist system is unable to grow enough to feed its own people and depends on the United States to bail it out again and again as we have time after time after time.
And in the grain announcement, no mention was made about how the Soviet Union will pay for this 25-million metric tons of grain. But now we know that once again our government leaders failed to live up to the trust our American People had in them by electing them to office, and LET THE SOVIET UNION HAVE THE GRAIN FREE THROUGH CREDITS, ISSUED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, FOR THE SOVIETS TO PURCHASE THE GRAIN AT AMERICAN TAXPAYER EXPENSE. When considering the times America has come to the aid of Russia and the "acceleration factor," one sees in current developments in Europe, and between East and West; between Russia and America one feels like he is in a time warp. The Cold War and Communism have been declared officially dead, Eastern Europe appears to be breaking up, as is the NATO alliance, and Gorbachev and Bush are talking about our new partnership, merging our common goals, and the New World Order. It looks as if world peace and brotherhood has finally arrived? With the exception of the so-called "Crisis in the Gulf" we see developing in the Middle East. Rudyard Kipling once wrote shortly after a clever deception campaign by Russia's Czar Nicholas II in 1898, an allegory entitled The Bear That Walks Like A Man. Kipling wrote about a man who was maimed and blinded when a bear he was hunting stood up, as if in supplication, and the hunter, "touched with pity and wonder" withheld his fire, only to have his face ripped away by the "steel shod pay." Kipling wrote:
When he stands up as pleading in wavering, manbrute guise,
When he veils the hate and cunning of his little swinish eyes,
When he shows as seeking quarter, with paws like hands in prayer,
That is the time of peril - the time of the Truce of the Bear.
We live in the time of the Truce of the Bear. We are told that Communism is dead, the Cold War is over, the Communist Party of the Soviet Union has been terminated along with the dreaded KGB. We are told that the Soviet Empire has collapsed, and that in its place freedom, democracy, unity and free markets are blooming like a thousands flowers. We are told that peace has arrived and the common interests of East and West can be integrated and merged - first in Europe and then around the world via the New World Order.
Almighty God warns us in the Book of Psalms: "Woe is me, that I sojourn in Mesech [Moscow], that I dwell in the tents of Kedar! My soul hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace. I am for peace...when I speak, they are for war." [20]
But it is obvious that something is very wrong with the presented scenario. Evil such as Soviet Communism simply does not go away as rapidly as the Evil Empire would seem to be evaporating, ESPECIALLY NOT WHEN THAT EVIL EMPIRE CONTROLS THE LARGEST MILITARY MACHINE IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD.
The Soviets are masters at deception, champion chess players who can make us believe that which is, is not; and that which is not, is. A good rule in understanding the Soviets is to always assume that reality is the opposite of what you see.
The present period of glasnost/perestroika is a well-orchestrated script [the grandest and perhaps the last of them all] written in 1981 by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union - including Mikhail Gorbachev [Yuri Andropov's protege].
The goals of this glasnost/perestroika were to reorganize and restructure the Soviet Empire while declaring Communism dead; to seduce America and Europe into dismantling NATO and massively disarm as the "threat of communism fades;" to pump hundreds of billions in Western aid into the "newly democratic" USSR, and ultimately to merge Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and the New Soviet Union into one "common European home."
Listen to what Gorbachev himself is on record as saying:
1). The aim of Perestroika is to restore both theoretically and practically the Leninist conception of Socialism.
2). The Party's interests come before everything - this is our unshakable law.
3). We are moving towards a new world, the world of Communism. We shall never turn off that road.
4). We maintain a general perspective and it is the victory of Communism.
5). We are for a Lenin who is alive...We see no grounds to give up the spiritual richness contained in Marxism...Through Perestroika we want to give Socialism a second wind...To achieve this the Communist Party of the Soviet Union returns to the origins and principles of the Revolution, to the Leninist ideas of constructing a new society. Our party was and remains the party of Lenin.
Is it little wonder that Gromyko once said of Gorbachev: "Behind the smile are teeth of iron."
"And he (World Government) causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that NO MAN MIGHT BUY OR SELL, save that he had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." [21]
